Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions, functional movements, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
  • Deliver education to patients regarding body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote recovery and health maintenance.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout treatment sessions, documenting improvements and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to the patient’s overall health journey.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and students, encouraging professional development and the sharing of best practices in patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus extends to a wide demographic, treating individuals dealing with conditions such as post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and age-related mobility impairments. We cater to patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, balance issues, and neurological deficits. Qualifications
  • Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
  • Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, with exposure to outpatient therapy preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess treatment outcomes and patient needs accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Preferred Experience

  • Prior involvement in mentoring or supervising students and junior therapists will be considered an advantage.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of your expertise and experience.
