Motion Revive Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Fairview, New Jersey. This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Fairview, New Jersey. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapy technology and tools, which allows our therapists to implement a wide range of treatment modalities effectively. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical health to assess their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals, while regularly tracking and documenting patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Reassess patient conditions and modify treatment plans based on their progress or any emerging health issues.
• Educate patients and their families about at-home exercises, as well as the importance of ongoing physical care and the use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Stay updated on best practices by attending educational workshops and participating in professional networks.

Our patient population includes children and adults facing orthopedic challenges stemming from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Motion Revive Therapy Center, you will be responsible for tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, ensuring a patient-centric focus that drives positive outcomes and enhances quality of life.

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and treatment plans.
• Flexibility and agility to adapt to varying patient needs and evolving therapy environments.
• No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for new graduates to embark on their professional journey.

While prior work experience is not necessary, any clinical internship, externship, or practical experience in orthopedic physical therapy will be seen as an asset. Candidates who have worked in similar rehabilitation settings will also be favored.
