• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying their mental health needs and formulating detailed treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Coordinate care by establishing connections with community resources, such as educational institutions and rehabilitation facilities, to enhance the support network for clients.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of treatment effectiveness and make adjustments based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering understanding of mental health conditions and promoting adherence to treatment plans, medication management, and healthy coping strategies.
• Participate in collaborative treatment meetings with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery and best practices in mental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Revive Mental Health Center, you'll work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different socio-economic backgrounds, bringing unique experiences related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health issues. Tailoring your approach to each individual's needs will be crucial to promoting their healing and growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health counseling services is necessary.
• Strong understanding of theories and research on human behavior, individual differences, motivating factors, and effective counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying interview techniques and utilizing contemporary trends in mental health treatment.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices is highly valued.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
