Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to inform personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address mental health concerns.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment trajectories, and community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and trends to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Managing a full caseload efficiently while being responsive to client needs and treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with mental health populations.
