Revive Mental Health Center is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. With a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, this role is designed for professionals who are passionate about enhancing the mental well-being of those in need.

• Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities, contributing to our commitment to continual service enhancement.
• Deliver various clinical services, including individual therapy, group psychotherapy, and crisis intervention, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to determine the appropriate treatment plans for individuals.
• Develop and maintain detailed clinical documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client management strategies and improve overall service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training programs and contribute to program development activities aimed at enhancing mental health services.

The clients we serve predominantly include individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological issues. They often come from diverse backgrounds requiring a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. As a Mental Health Counselor at Revive, you will have the unique opportunity to make meaningful connections and provide life-changing support to each client.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a relevant behavioral science discipline.
• Current and valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure in California, with a strong understanding of supervision guidelines and legal requirements.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in crisis management and providing a full spectrum of mental health services.

• Demonstrated expertise in group facilitation and individual psychotherapy techniques.
• Proficiency with psychological assessment tools and a comprehensive understanding of diagnosis and treatment methodologies for various mental health disorders.
• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment that caters to underprivileged populations.
