Whether you're already producing Medicare sales or looking for a platform that offers stronger support, better technology, meaningful marketing assistance, and long-term renewal income, we provide the tools to help you scale your business.

Why Agents Join Neighbors Reliance

At Neighbors Reliance, you're not joining a call center. You're building your own business as an independent agent while receiving access to resources designed to help you grow.

  • Utilizing company technology and sales systems to manage prospects and clients
  • Following compliance and carrier guidelines
  • Building long-term client relationships to create renewal income and referral opportunities

  • Licensed in Life & Health Insurance
  • Experienced in Medicare sales
  • Comfortable selling remotely and over the phone
  • Interested in growing a long-term book of business
  • Motivated, professional, and client-focused
  • Looking for a scalable platform rather than a traditional call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of Medicare sales experience
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Experience selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans Life and Ancillliary products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and enrollment platforms
