Licensed Medicare Telesales Representative Onsite
Job Summary

We are seeking licensed Medicare Telesales professionals to play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve our goal of new customer growth while maintaining an exceptional customer experience and setting a new benchmark in the industry. You will be responsible for promoting our Medicare products and services to new potential customers while being supported by the Keystone Advisors team. This is a permanent full-time position with bonus and commissions!

Qualifications/Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Active Group 1- Life and Health Insurance Licenses
  • Maintain CE to ensure active license status
  • Clear a State required background check to obtain and maintain license
  • Strong knowledge in CRM systems and Microsoft suite products. College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years' experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industry

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in learning about our Medicare products and services
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
  • Discuss and assist customer needs, matching them with the most suitable plan and promotion
  • Promote company products on each call
  • Handle calls professionally, meeting company regulatory and compliance standards
  • Accurately document interaction details
  • Meet key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection)
  • Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changes
  • Other duties as assigned
