Insurance Trainer โ€“ Join a High-Growth Team (On-Site in Ontario, CA)

We're looking for a high-energy Insurance Trainer who is passionate about developing people and driving results.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ontario, CA, where you'll play a key role in shaping the performance of our sales team by building, training, and coaching top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing team members
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure fast ramp-up and strong performance
  • Monitor team progress, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies
  • Create training materials, scripts, and resources that drive real results
  • Conduct skills assessments and provide hands-on coaching
  • Keep the team aligned with industry regulations and company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in insurance (REQUIRED)
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or teaching (REQUIRED)
  • Strong communication skills โ€” you can simplify complex concepts and motivate others
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and push people to perform at a higher level
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training tools/platforms
