Job description

A boutique recruiting and staffing company is seeking experienced recruiters/talent acquisition specialists to join their growing team.  Candidates with a JD degree or paralegal degree are preferred, those with a realtor or teacher background will also be highly considered.  This position is full time, fully remote and provides the perfect opportunity for highly motivated, self-starters to make money while helping others achieve their career goals.

The recruiter will build strong candidate pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels.  Responsibilities will include overseeing full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates as well as effectively managing the offer process.

Qualifications

  • JD, paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with or proven ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing confidential information
