The role operates entirely within a telehealth framework, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while still delivering vital mental health services. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs and challenges of each client, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their personal goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Provide specialized support for clients dealing with PTSD and various behavioral health concerns, guiding them toward healthier coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of treatment progress, session notes, and communication with clients in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, as necessary to enhance client care and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

This position allows you to work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as social work, psychology, or counseling is required.
• An active professional license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in outpatient settings, with a strong focus on therapy for diverse populations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and professional documentation.
• Experience or training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, ABA, or similar methods is highly desirable.

• Experience working in a telehealth or virtual counseling environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and care coordination is a plus.
• A background in providing group therapy or workshops is advantageous.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 117,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
