Beyond Psychology Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture productive, respectful relationships with clients to create a trusting therapeutic alliance.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing a variety of evidence-based evaluation methods.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing techniques that resonate with varied client backgrounds.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and resources to clients on managing mental health disorders, equipping them with tools and strategies to thrive.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
