Remote Sound Healing information

What are some common challenges faced by remote sound healers, and how can they overcome them?

One common challenge for remote sound healers is establishing a strong energetic connection with clients without being physically present. To overcome this, practitioners often use high-quality audio equipment and reliable video conferencing platforms to ensure clear sound transmission. Additionally, creating a structured session plan and maintaining open communication helps set expectations and foster trust. Building a calm, distraction-free environment on both ends also enhances the effectiveness of remote healing sessions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Sound Healer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Sound Healer, you need a solid understanding of sound therapy principles, musical proficiency, and relevant training or certification in sound healing modalities. Familiarity with online communication platforms, digital audio tools, and high-quality microphones is typically required to deliver effective remote sessions. Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to create a calming virtual presence help clients feel supported and engaged. These skills and qualities are crucial for facilitating healing experiences, ensuring client comfort, and maintaining professionalism in a virtual environment.

What is remote sound healing?

Remote sound healing is a therapeutic practice where sound frequencies, music, or vibrations are used to promote relaxation and well-being, but the session takes place virtually rather than in person. Practitioners use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks, and clients participate via video calls or audio streams from their own homes. The goal is to help reduce stress, balance energy, and support emotional and physical healing, even when the practitioner and client are not in the same physical space.

Job description

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) โ€“ Immediate Opening

Location: Washington State Greater Seattle Area (Hybrid or Remote Options Available).
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.
Salary: $90,000 โ€“ $120,000+ annually (DOE).
Start Date: Flexible / Immediate Availability Preferred.
Office: Skye Trauma Clinic.

Skye Trauma Clinic is expanding. You bring the clinical firepowerโ€”weโ€™ll bring the infrastructure.

Weโ€™re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a growing team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care, especially to clients impacted by trauma, stress, or life-altering events such as car accidents or chronic pain. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established caseload, earn top compensation, and do what you do bestโ€”without drowning in admin work.

What We Offer:
  • Highly competitive pay with performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible remote, hybrid, or in-clinic options.
  • Full admin support: scheduling, billing, credentialingโ€”handled for you.
  • Access to consistent client referrals (injury recovery, trauma-focused, and general mental health).
  • Opportunities for clinical growth, consultation, and paid CEUs.
  • A supportive, therapist-first cultureโ€”we value your time, your license, and your sanity.

Who You Are:
  • Licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
  • Passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim control.
  • Skilled in trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, or related modalities (preferred but not required).
  • Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate with a like-minded team.
  • Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
  • Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
  • Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
