We are actively seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for full-time positions at Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate therapeutic support and psychoeducational groups designed to address common mental health issues and build community.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care focused on patient recovery.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, helping patients navigate mental health emergencies with immediate support and care.
  • Educate patients about various mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources for ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in reflective practices by participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a wide-ranging demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a mental health therapist at Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic, you will engage with patients experiencing varying levels of emotional and psychological distress. Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
