While you will primarily conduct telehealth sessions, you will maintain a close-knit connection with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, allowing for continuous collaboration and case discussions. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments via telehealth to understand each patient’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate online psychoeducational and support groups to build community awareness and support among patients.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth operational flow.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating quick thinking and sound judgment.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation as per legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Actively participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to continually enhance patient outcomes and personal professional development.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy to integrate superior methodologies and practices into your treatment framework.

You will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity and cultural competence, with tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington State.
• Sound knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy using technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Judicious adherence to professional ethics and boundaries in patient interactions.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to participate actively in a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience with telehealth delivery and remote engagement strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of community resources available to patients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
