We are actively seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for full-time positions at Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic. The chosen candidate will work in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in personal and professional life while maintaining a focus on providing high-quality therapeutic services. • Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic support and psychoeducational groups designed to address common mental health issues and build community.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care focused on patient recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention services, helping patients navigate mental health emergencies with immediate support and care.
• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in reflective practices by participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Remain informed about the latest clinical research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance service delivery.

Our clinic serves a wide-ranging demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a mental health therapist at Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic, you will engage with patients experiencing varying levels of emotional and psychological distress. Your role will be vital in assisting individuals coping with effects of trauma, addiction, and chronic mental health issues, fostering a path towards healing and recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Demonstrated competence in conducting thorough assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Sound decision-making abilities and commitment to ethical standards.
• Proficient working with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.
• A collaborative spirit with a commitment to being an active team member in a multidisciplinary setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children or individuals with substance use disorders is an advantage.
