About the role:

As a Supply Chain Resiliency Program Lead, you will implement the Supply Chain Resiliency Program using supply chain design, category, and component risk frameworks. You will oversee the Supply Chain Resiliency projects by identifying process and information gaps and lead a team project managers to support developing mitigation solutions. You will also establish an operational rhythm, and ensure the enterprise achieves measurable reductions in risk exposure. You will report to the Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3–6 SCR project managers responsible for managing supply chain risk across Enterprise Supply Chain (ECS) Teams and Business Units

  • Implement the plan and timeline to mitigate supply chain risk, including geopolitical and geographic considerations

  • Collaborate with Account Management, SPE, PPM, Category Management, Operations, Materials, and Engineering teams to implement risk mitigation solutions, including design and sourcing changes

  • Support the Enterprise Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) group on the development of standard work to address identified risks and improve project execution efficiency

  • Oversee project management activities, aligning with BU Procurement teams, SBU, Functional, and Enterprise partners to prioritize projects and secure resources

  • Ensure adherence to standard work, including project tracking, documentation, reporting, issue escalation, and roadblock removal

  • Deliver program status reviews to Enterprise Supply Chain Category Management Leadership, highlighting risk reduction progress, remaining actions, and support needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of procurement experience

  • 1+ year of project management experience

  • 1+ year of experience in category, operations, quality, or materials management
