In this role, you'll lead projects, optimize Talent Acquisition technology, support training, and bring datadriven insights that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience. This positionreports to theSenior Director, Global Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations andis part of theDanaher Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will befully remote in the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive key talent acquisition programs, ensuring standard processes and change controls across the organization. Partner with key stakeholders to implement, track and measure results of supported programs, measuring impact and ROI

  • Drive and support Talent Acquisition technologies, such as ATS, CRM and Sourcing tools, to improve functionality and processes, in partnership with IT

  • Manage Talent Acquisition programs, including job boards, AI initiatives and vendor relationships while supporting programmatic and administrative needs, to include managing internal customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and general TA project management support

  • Design and update training and support materials, to include program guides, job aids and e-Learning videos

  • Create project plans, communications, and stakeholder alignment. Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or project management

  • Experience with Talent Acquisition/Human Resources technologies (ATS, CRM and other TA tools)

  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills. Must possess a strong attention to detail

  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies / Lean Six Sigma preferred

  • Experience supporting global teams or multibusiness environments preferred
