About the Role...

Latitude IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of a critical VA health IT platform contract. As PM, you are the single accountable executive for all technical, management, and administrative aspects of contract performance. You hold full authority to act on behalf of Latitude and serve as the primary point of contact for our client\'s leadership.

What You\'ll Do...
  • Serve as the primary COR interface; provide regular status updates and lead monthly/quarterly program reviews
  • Own the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), staff roster, and all program deliverables per the Performance Work Statement schedule
  • Direct functional leads across platform maintenance, monitoring, DevSecOps, and security disciplines
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure integrated team delivery against all SLA commitments
  • Lead SAFe PI planning cycles, sprint ceremonies, and TASPL governance cadence per VA VIP Guide 4.0
  • Oversee transition execution and enforce gate-based readiness checkpoints for all Key Personnel
  • Manage escalation paths and incident command for priority incidents within contractual SLA windows
  • Report monthly on SLA performance, cost actuals, and risk posture
What You Bring...
  • 10+ years of federal IT program management; PMP or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated experience managing VA OIT or large federal health agency programs (DoD, DHA, or CMS acceptable)
  • Direct experience managing 24×7 operational IT platforms with formal SLA accountability
  • Experience leading multi-vendor teams
  • Familiarity with SAFe/Agile, VA TASPL cadence, and VIP Guide delivery requirements
  • Active Dept of Veteran Affairs PIV credentials

  • PgMP certification
  • Familiarity with VA ServiceNow CCB, VASI, TRM, and eMASS
