As an Assistant Superintendent Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work with industry experts and be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and delivering excellence.

The Assistant Superintendent Intern will play a key role in supporting construction projects by working alongside subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project management teams. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands‑on experience in the field, enhancing your skills in project management, estimating, and site operations. This internship is designed to provide a dynamic learning experience where responsibilities grow as the project progresses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of construction projects
  • Assist in managing on-site subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and communication
  • Participate in the oversight of project schedules and budget management
  • Learn and apply Quality Best Practices to ensure project standards are met or exceeded
  • Promote and maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Gain valuable exposure by interacting with industry professionals such as subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar construction program
  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential
