Job description

What you'll do:

NinjaTrader is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale in-product lifecycle experiences. This role will focus on developing strategies to introduce personalized in-product messaging throughout the customer lifecycle, driving activation, engagement, and retention.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys on platforms like Braze, who has a strong performance bias and can turn strategy into executable lifecycle experiences with measurable outcomes.

In this role you will:

  • Identify and implement segmentation and personalization opportunities

  • Partner with Product and Data teams to ensure required segmentation and personalization data triggers are available
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve lifecycle performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and surface insights and recommendations
  • Continuously improve messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel mix
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into lifecycle programs
  • Support product launches by driving awareness and adoption through coordinated lifecycle experiences
  • Ensure high-quality execution through strong QA and documentation
  • Drive process improvements as the lifecycle function scales

What you'll need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Braze or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys
  • Proficiency working with data, metrics, and experimentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and execution quality

Bonus points for:

  • Background in fintech, big tech, or high-growth B2C companies

Compensation:

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
