Maintenance Technician - 5th Shift
Clinton, SC | Full-Time | Hourly
5th Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM (Noon) - 12:00 AM (Midnight), plus one scheduled weekday

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your work directly supports production by minimizing downtime and ensuring our associates have dependable equipment every shift.
Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Prioritizing and completing maintenance work orders
  • Diagnosing complex equipment and system failures
  • Performing equipment condition assessments and recommending repairs or replacements
  • Leading or supporting equipment installations, removals, relocations, and special projects
  • Coordinating with Production Facilitators, Production Team Leaders, Continuous Improvement, and Engineering to resolve equipment issues
  • Working with the Maintenance Supply Specialist to ensure critical spare parts are available
  • Helping maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operation

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, PLC troubleshooting, or industrial automation is a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
  • Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
  • Walk, stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs or ladders throughout the shift
  • Perform physical maintenance tasks on industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Work safely in an active manufacturing environment
