Volt is immediately hiring for Product Lifecycle Management Specialist in Mesa, AZ
As a Product Lifecycle Management Specialist, you will:
  • Manage and process inbound requests through the ticketing system queue, ensuring work is actively progressed.
  • Process routine requests efficiently while maintaining high data accuracy and adherence to configuration management standards.
  • Create and maintain part numbers and associated metadata in the engineering system (e.g., Agile/PLM).
  • Support routine PLM data maintenance, including part creation, metadata updates, and basic BOM or lifecycle updates.
  • Perform material and asset record creation and updates in the asset management system.
  • Validate request completeness, follow established approval, and update workflows.
  • Escalate exceptions, incomplete requests, or complex changes to senior team members.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure tickets are accurately closed.

This is a Full Time/Contract opportunity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple enterprise systems and managing request queues.
  • Experience creating or maintaining structured system records such as part numbers, product data, or material master data.
  • Ability to interpret request instructions and perform accurate system updates.
  • Ability to work independently within established processes while managing an inbound work queue.
  • Strong organizational skills and clear written communication for documenting updates and escalating issues.

Pay Rate: $36 - $36.60 per hour
