Job Summary:
Wolfspeed is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee power semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power semiconductor devices and power electronic systems, along with proven expertise in product lifecycle, roadmap strategy and P&L management.
Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing power semiconductor products.
• The candidate must be proficient in defining new products and aligning them with market demands while ensuring the profitability of the overall product portfolio.
• Additionally, expertise in roadmap management is crucial, enabling the candidate to strategically plan and prioritize product development initiatives.
• A comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management is imperative, with the capability to manage products from concept to retirement.
• The candidate should also demonstrate strong P&L management, market research and competitive analysis skills.
• Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• The candidate must exhibit exceptional oral and written communication abilities to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
• Furthermore, a robust technical foundation in power semiconductor devices and power electronic systems is required to adeptly navigate the complexities associated with the products under management.
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent degree.

• Strong understanding of business principles and effective collaboration skills to facilitate teamwork across functions.
