Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Product Lifecycle Management, you will leverage knowledge of development and commercialization concepts to accurately collect, convert, maintain, and extract product information across Product Lifecycle Management, enterprise resource planning, and customer systems while contributing to continuous improvement.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the endtoend development and commercialization framework and how information flows through development and commercialization systems and processes

  • Maintain and update specifications and documents by entering acquired data into Product Lifecycle Management, enterprise resource planning, and customer systems through collaboration with business partners

  • Derive information through crossfunctional collaboration and independently execute data entry while meeting designated service level agreements and using proper escalation procedures

  • Ensure data accuracy across Product Lifecycle Management, enterprise resource planning, and customer systems for publication and downstream usage

  • Use defined processes and technology to meet business needs

  • Build and actively use reporting and analytics to support decisionmaking

  • Document tools, reports, and processes

  • Influence business partners to leverage the most effective tools and technology

  • Manage inbox requests from internal and external business partners

  • Challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvements in workflows, procedures, and tasks

  • Manage commercialization or continuous improvement projects

  • Allocate work to others while retaining accountability for completeness and quality

  • Mentor others in technical competencies

  • Facilitate meetings and contribute value in all interactions

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree preferred

  • Minimum of three years of business experience, preferably in the food industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning and Oracle Product Lifecycle Management preferred

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication, change leadership, and customer service skills

  • Proven success managing multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency

  • Flexibility to support business needs during noncore business hours as required

Compensation

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
