Job Description: Program Manager, PLM

Location:

Fremont, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, PLM to lead the strategic direction and execution of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain within the ERP ecosystem. This role will own the PLM roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the PLM/ERP roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Establish governance frameworks including intake, prioritization, and decision forums
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and decision-making
  • Manage demand intake, triage, and prioritization of PLM initiatives
  • Coordinate execution across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT teams
  • Oversee requirements definition, impact assessments, dependencies, and risk management
  • Ensure release readiness, change management, and stakeholder communication
  • Drive operational efficiency by reducing rework and improving delivery predictability
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise systems (PLM/ERP preferred)
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs
  • Strong understanding of PLM systems and ERP integrations
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations
  • Strong decision-making, risk management, and prioritization skills
