Job description

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rulestream systems are effectively aligned with business processes, leading to improved solution design development and lifecycle management.

You will report directly to our IT Director and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems
  • Strong background in design manufacturing and engineering experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter and other PLM tools, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value driven solutions that have direct impact to business outcomes

  • Drive Digital transformation in Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) within Building Automation
  • Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to ensure they align with business needs and improve design lifecycle processes, change management, data management (sensitive, protected, export regulations), workflow management, customer deliverables in the project management space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, data protection,
