Position Summary:
The Process Improvement & Standardization will support the development of scalable operational standards across the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business while identifying and documenting client-specific process requirements. This role will analyze workflows across multiple client accounts to determine where standardized operating models can be implemented and where customization is required to meet unique client needs.
The position will work closely with operations, account management, implementation, and technology teams to evaluate current processes, establish best practices, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and create governance frameworks that balance operational consistency with client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable assessing complex processes, understanding technology capabilities and constraints, and translating operational workflows into clear, detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate recruiting and operational workflows across multiple RPO client accounts to identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Analyze account-specific processes and distinguish between core operational standards and client-required customizations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a standardized operating framework that promotes consistency, quality, and efficiency across the organization.
  • Document standard processes, approved process variations, SOPs, workflow diagrams, playbooks, and knowledge management resources.
  • Partner with account teams to understand client requirements and determine how customized processes align with or deviate from established operational standards.
  • Develop recommendations that balance client needs, operational efficiency, technology capabilities, and implementation effort.
  • Collaborate with technology and implementation teams to understand platform functionality, system constraints, automation opportunities, and the operational impact of process changes.
  • Create process maps that clearly identify standard workflows, exception paths, and client-specific variations.
  • Conduct process audits and operational reviews to assess adherence to standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and support improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing and/or successful completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes across diverse client environments and identify common operational patterns.
  • Comfortable working across multiple client accounts with varying levels of process complexity and customization.
  • Ability to understand technology platforms, system limitations, integration dependencies, and the operational effort associated with process changes.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with experience creating detailed SOPs, workflows, process maps, and operational guides.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping/documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Experience documenting business processes, workflow designs, SOPs, or training materials.
  • Familiarity with recruiting operations, talent acquisition, staffing, or RPO environments.
  • Experience working with project management, workflow automation, or knowledge management platforms.
