Job description

Job Overview SoftPro is the nation's leading provider of real estate closing and title insurance software, a division of Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). This role may be based in its Raleigh, NC office or remote.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve Real Estate industry application issues for SoftPro applications, primarily SoftPro Select. Assist customers with tasks such as CDF/file balancing, reconciliation of trust accounts, and other closing process items. Accurately document all customer issues, resolution steps, and gather feedback in support tracking software. Maintain a high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities across multiple products. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience with the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures. Experience with West Coast Escrow & Closing process is a plus. Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing skills. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system and applications, typing and math. 2 years of previous Customer Service experience. Prior experience with SoftPro is a plus.
