Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. Prior experience in the perfume industry is REQUIRED. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with new and existing clients, and closing sales to increase revenue and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the perfume industry is REQUIRED.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment and working independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities
Customer engagement and relationship building
Plan and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
Identify and generate leads to expand the customer base
Meet and surpass sales goals consistently
Resolve customer complaints and answer queries about the products
Represent the company at sales events and shows
Collaborate with the shipping department
Understand customer requirements effectively
Deliver sales presentations and carry out negotiations to secure leads
Closing sales and achieving targets
Maximize upselling opportunities to boost sales
Extend warm wishes (ex. Christmas, New Year, etc.) to foster positive relationships
Maintain client records (shipping, billing, etc.)
Organize sales meetings with clients efficiently
Prepare customized offers to showcase customer value
Stay informed about product features and industry trends.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively assist customers
Regularly reach out to potential customers
