Job Description
The Intern / VIE position within People Development & Culture focuses on supporting the ongoing initiatives of LVMH Beauty - North America. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development & Culture and working closely with the People Engagement & Culture Partner, this role is pivotal in advancing the adoption and awareness of the Career Compass, amplifying NextGen engagement, facilitating the rollout of AI for all, and assisting in the creation and delivery of learning programs for the beauty division. The intern contributes directly to building a scalable and efficient talent ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the activation of Career Compass initiatives, including organizing Petit Career compass Café sessions, workshops, and collecting testimonials.
  • Support NextGen talent engagement by helping to build and nurture community-focused initiatives.
  • Aid in the coordination of learning and training programs, such as Learning Month activities, HR workshops, and RISE sessions.
  • Contribute to the rollout and enablement of AI initiatives, ensuring effective support throughout the division.
  • Participate in internal communications and adoption campaigns to drive awareness and participation.
  • Coordinate events and initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience.
  • Monitor and track engagement and return on investment (ROI) indicators to measure program effectiveness.
  • Support development of the talent pipeline and broader talent ecosystem as part of the internship/VIE responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrated through prior experience or academic projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
