Internship ESCADA Fragrances at Coty

6 month of Internship, from 1st July 2026

As Intern of ESCADA, your mission will be to participate in the launch of new products and the operational implementation of marketing plans for ESCADA fragrances.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Intern ESCADA Fragrances  you are/ your main focus is to participate in the launch and creation of new brand products

Your main focus:

  • Preparation and follow-up of briefs (product – formula & pack, design, communication, merchandising, ...)
  • Analysis of the competition (offer, formula, claims, etc.)
  • Participation in product development with R&D teams (evaluation of formulas and packs, preparation of tests, etc.)
  • Operational monitoring of the launch
  • Preparation of country presentations/samples
  • Development of POS elements and communication charters in conjunction with the internal design studio

Analyze the market and trends:

  • Advertising and editorial freelance, news watch
  • Analysis of competition panels
  • Participate in the organization of presentation seminars (marketing plan, international convention) and in the development of online Brand Reviews

You will report to the Senior Product Manager of ESCADA and you will work closely together in an international team with several departments such as digital, PR & Influencer marketing, merchandising team.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to deep dive into global brand strategy and product development. As an intern on ESCADA, you’ll work with a hand on mentality, own responsibilities and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Business school or postgraduate student in Business /Marketing.
  • You have preliminary experiences in Global Marketing for Luxury Fragrance, Make Up or Skincare.
  • You are sensitive to the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector.
  • You have a strong analytical mind and a creative sensitivity.
  • You are organized and rigorous. You have a sense of service and great interpersonal skills.
  • You know how to prioritize and juggle between different files.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the MS Office IT environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in professional English
