This is a remote opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, the Director of Partner Operations will design, scale, and optimize NEOGOV's partner program across technology, reseller, accreditation, content, and strategic ecosystems. This leader will drive measurable revenue growth by building scalable go-to-market motions and managing the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to compliance and performance tracking. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance, you will streamline cross-functional alignment, optimize operational workflows, and build reliable systems for third-party reporting, fees, and revenue-share administration.
What You Will do
  • Redesign, launch, and optimize a comprehensive partner program including tiers, benefits, requirements, incentives, onboarding, certification, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide partner operations support for integration, reseller, accreditation, content, and other strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategy to drive partner engagement, enablement, co-marketing opportunities, and sales alignment
  • Collaborate with leadership and RevOps to define partner success, including KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate joint go-to-market strategy and planning with internal teams and partners, including campaigns, MDF/co-marketing, enablement, and partner communications.
  • Develop external and internal resources including partner documentation, playbooks, training materials, and enablement content that support scalable partner engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally as needed with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to support successful partner initiatives.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are being met, including third-party usage reports, fees, royalties, and revenue share payments are completed accurately and on schedule with RevOps and Finance.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and scalable partner operations.
  • Support executive business reviews and strategic planning.
  • Travel occasionally to support strategic partner engagements, executive meetings, team/company offsites, and major partner events.

What you Have
  • 5+ years of SaaS partner program experience including overseeing strategic partnerships, partner operations, and channel marketing for Resellers, SIs, and ISVs.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to execute cross-functional partner initiatives.
  • Experience developing partner communications, marketing programs, enablement assets, executive business reviews, or partner engagement strategies.
  • Self started with a track record of owning and executing on revenue driving initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, creating dashboards, measuring partner performance, and driving operational improvements through data.
  • Exceptional program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders, both internally and within partner organizations.
  • Experience with CRM, PRM, marketing automation, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Impartner, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
