Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and digital communication tools is typically required. Exol is seeking a Director, Product Management (OMS Digital Platforms) to lead the digital vision, roadmap, and strategy for Exol's Order Management ecosystem. You will be the primary architect of how OMS capabilities are surfaced across B2B portals, APIs, and internal tools. Sitting at the intersection of Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success, you are accountable for the product-market fit, usability, and digital coherence of our platform.
What we do
Exol* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

  • Omni-Channel Strategy: Drive a unified product experience across self-service ordering and resolution workflows, ensuring a frictionless journey for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Operations & Process Innovation: Partner with Ops and Service teams to identify friction points and build high-volume workflows that reduce manual effort through product automation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Own product analytics for OMS, ensuring performance metrics and SLA dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Platform Governance: Establish product standards and error-handling patterns to ensure a unified user experience across the integrated OMS/WMS/TMS suite.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary POD of Product Managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features in an Agile environment.

What you'll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in software product management or engineering; minimum 6 years in a leadership role managing product lifecycles.
  • OMS Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of order lifecycles, complex orchestration, and global exception management.
  • Product Mastery: Proven track record of scaling workflow-heavy B2B or SaaS supply chain platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, and the broader logistics tech stack.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML to drive intelligent automation and predictive workflows.
  • Background in managing multi-tenant platforms or integration-heavy ecosystems.

Our Environment
  • Up to 25% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
