       Additions to essential functions:
      • Monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with schedules and product conformity.
      • Identify and enforce supplier priorities for product delivery and corrective actions.
      • Collaborate with suppliers to address schedule delays, contractual non-compliance, and develop recovery plans.
      • Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders (procurement, engineering, manufacturing) to provide updates, align requirements, and resolve issues effectively.
      • Conduct on-site supplier assessments to evaluate capacity, capability, and readiness for work statements.
      • Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and support procurement strategies.
      • Facilitate process improvements to boost supplier performance and delivery outcomes when needed.


      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
      • Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
      • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

      The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.       Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Companys Gain Sharing Program.
