Job description

The Solutions Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our comprehensive portfolio of patient and practice solutions. This role will take prioritized contract outputs from our business development team and map them to eligible solutions based on service levels ensuring optimal capacity alignment across our healthcare solutions portfolio.

Primary Duties

Solution Mapping & Alignment

  • Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to corresponding solutions to maximize performance outcomes and resource utilization

  • Develop systematic approaches for aligning high-priority contracts with optimal solution delivery models

  • Monitor and adjust solution assignments based on contract performance data and strategic priorities

  • Create and maintain solution-to-contract mapping documentation and workflows

Portfolio Management

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Patient & Practice Solutions portfolio to identify optimization opportunities, gaps, and strategic alignment with business objectives

  • Develop and maintain holistic view of all solutions offerings, including performance metrics

  • Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity utilization, and strategic recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination

  • Serve as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams

  • Collaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure solution rollouts align with available resources and operational capabilities

  • Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure seamless solution delivery

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management

  • Experience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations

  • Strong organization and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail

  • Strong communication (written & verbal) skills; ability to document and maintain SOP's/processes and clearly share data outputs with various audiences

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools

Preferred knowledge, skills and/or abilities
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in practice management or patient solutions

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Background in healthcare operations or clinical workflows

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
