Job description

We are currently seeking a qualified Operations Analyst to support an FDA related government contract.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD
Work Schedule and Location:
Remote and Full Time
Who You Are & What You'll Do:
The Operations Analyst will assist with tasks in the areas of adaptive strategic planning and governance, in addition to program and project management consultative services for the FDA .

Duties -
  • Analysis of client data, information, processes and regulations
  • Use quantitative and qualitative methods for analysis and assessments
  • Conduct studies on specific trends, operations, business programs
  • Analyzes findings and researches current and new proposals for business impact
  • Communicates with managers and makes recommendations
  • Actively involved in acquisition planning and feasibility, including market research strategies
  • Assists in developing cost price estimates, performance metrics, data right analytics, risk assessments, cost effectiveness and workable solutions to staffing issues, all aligned with the performance work statement
  • Execute and oversee commission processing workflows, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely calculation of payouts.
  • Audit and reconcile commission reports against performance metrics and contract agreements, actively resolving any compensation discrepancies.
What You Bring to the Table - Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience as a business and/or operations analyst
  • Ability to undergo a basic background check for suitability
Preferred Requirements:
  • Government agency or contract experience

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $93,000 annually.
  • Salary Disclaimer: Actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's unique combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, applied experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
