Join a high-impact team supporting critical audit, reporting, and technology initiatives. As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll bridge business needs and technical solutions while helping drive enterprise-wide improvements across data, reporting, and collaboration platforms.

Position Description: The Technical Business Analyst provides business and technical analysis support for cybersecurity audit and information technology operations, reporting, communications, and solution implementation.

Minimum/General Experience: 3 years of business and technical analysis experience

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in business, information technology, or related field

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Above average experience supporting project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and deliverable management
  • Above average experience monitoring project performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions
  • Above average experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
  • Above average experience coordinating meetings, providing meeting agendas and materials, and recording and distributing minutes
  • Above average experience supporting data and project reporting, dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives
  • Above average experience developing, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports
  • Experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagements
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Experience developing documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
  • Experience with communications materials (e.g., meeting presentations, reports)
  • Experience maintaining project schedules and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity audit and compliance
  • Excellent experience with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

Acceptable Credentials

Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creates, presents, and maintains the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP) and presents to leadership
  • Monitors project performance against the CPMP
  • Provides monthly progress reporting, performance metrics, and status tracking
  • Submits monthly status reports to leadership including all work completed, problems identified, solutions identified, and explanations for unresolved issues during the period
  • Reports deviations from the CPMP to leadership
  • Presents monthly progress reports to Information Security Programs and Logistics (ISPL)- Enterprise Cybersecurity Program (ECSP) Government staff
  • Assists in monitoring cyber audit performance, trends, and remediation activities
  • Supports help desk ticket assignment and coordination
  • Triages help desk tickets and provides developers pertinent information
  • Maintains project schedules and meeting documentation
  • Coordinates stakeholder communications and project deliverables
  • Coordinates stakeholder reviews, information requests, and deliverable submissions
  • Supports collection, validation, and analysis of operational, audit, and performance data
  • Supports cybersecurity audit stakeholder lists, schedules, and preparation activities
  • Supports tracking of cyber audit findings
  • Assists with trend analysis and reporting
  • Gathers and documents business and functional requirements
  • Supports user acceptance testing and validation activities
  • Documents reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements
  • Supports requirements gathering for SharePoint enhancements
  • Coordinates testing and deployment activities

Compensation & Benefits: The annual projected pay range for this position is $61,206 - $92,973 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
