How You'll Make an Impact
As an Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and successful execution of client agreements and sales orders. You will own the contract fulfillment process from contract award through agreement setup, billing readiness, and operational handoff.
Your attention to detail and ability to interpret agreement requirements will directly impact revenue accuracy, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and successful service delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Service Delivery, and Project teams to ensure all contractual obligations are accurately translated into our systems and processes.

Location and Work ExpectationsΒ 

  • This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent.Β Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS).

What You Will Be Doing:Β 

  • Monitor and manage the sales order pipeline to ensure timely processing.
  • Review signed agreements, quotes, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Convert product and labor items from sales orders to the appropriate operational teams for execution.
  • Create and maintain recurring client agreements within ConnectWise and related systems.
  • Configure agreement billing, contract start dates, renewal dates, and cancellation dates.
  • Process agreement additions, removals, and modifications β€” validating pricing, usage, and billing data against vendor portals, client records, and contract terms before processing.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to research billing errors, resolve discrepancies, and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and system configurations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with automation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to track billing variances, identify trends, and streamline operations.
  • Support month-end financial closes, reconcile accounts receivable data, and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

You'll Be Successful in This Role If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in billing operations, finance operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and strong Office 365 proficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
  • Experience documenting processes and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

The base pay range for this position is expected to be betweenΒ $65,000 and $75,000Β per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.Β AdditionalΒ details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.Β
