HR Administrative Assistant

We help property owners recover utility costs efficiently through innovative technology, accurate billing practices, and exceptional customer support. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to join our remote operations team.

Position Overview

The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources function and assisting with routine employee and recruiting-related activities. This role helps maintain accurate employee records, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, organize HR documentation, and support day-to-day administrative processes.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential employee information. Strong communication skills, discretion, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources team
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR information accurately
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administrative activities
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and other HR-related appointments
  • Communicate with candidates and employees regarding routine administrative matters
  • Assist with preparing employment-related documents and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain electronic HR files and documentation
  • Enter and update employee information in HR systems and databases
  • Assist with tracking employee information, required documentation, and administrative deadlines
  • Support recruiting activities by coordinating interview schedules and candidate communications
  • Assist with preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new-hire documentation
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member

  • Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and administrative summaries as requested

Qualifications
