Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Operations Manager is a key member of the marketing team responsible for supporting campaign execution primarily focused on our Facility Solutions division with additional responsibilities related to various corporate initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert on marketing campaign execution, ZoomInfo, and related sales and marketing technologies while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to improve operational efficiency, demand generation, and campaign performance. 

This position combines technical expertise with business process optimization to help ensure sales and marketing teams have accurate data, streamlined workflows, actionable reporting, and the tools needed to effectively generate and convert business opportunities.

Location: Remote (Approved U.S. States)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $57,000 annually

  • Remote position available in approved U.S. hiring states only
  • Not available to candidates residing in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington
  • Tampa, FL area candidates are strongly preferred due to regular in-office collaboration requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage campaign setup, email deployment, lead imports, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM, sales, and marketing technology platforms, including administration, user support, training, and optimization
  • Support demand generation, prospecting, account-based marketing (ABM), and business development initiatives through data and account intelligence
  • Maintain integrations across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and sales enablement platforms
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve sales efficiency, marketing operations, and data quality
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for pipeline, campaign performance, sales activity, and business metrics
  • Maintain data integrity through cleansing, deduplication, governance, validation, and enrichment processes
  • Coordinate campaign follow-up and track engagement conversion to meetings, opportunities, and revenue outcomes
  • Support lead lifecycle management from acquisition through sales qualification
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage ongoing database maintenance and optimization to support reporting and campaign effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or a related business operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform, including data management, governance, cleansing, enrichment, and reporting
  • Experience administering ZoomInfo or a comparable sales intelligence platform to support prospecting, account intelligence, and ABM initiatives
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign execution, preferably Marketo
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead management processes
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email and marketing asset updates
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support and train cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience with Validity DemandTools or similar data quality platforms
  • Marketo certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow or automation tools
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programs
  • Familiarity with API integrations and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations
