You're the person others turn to when an itinerary gets complicated.

You know corporate travel isn't just about booking flights—it's about solving problems, anticipating client needs, and making the impossible look easy. If you enjoy managing complex domestic and international travel while delivering white-glove service, we'd love to meet you.

At Travel Incorporated, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about travel, client service, and continuous improvement. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients while mentoring teammates and helping elevate the entire team.

This is a fully remote (non-mobile) position with a fixed schedule. Flexible scheduling is not available.

What You'll Do

Every day brings something different. You'll:

  • Manage complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending travel solutions that align with client needs, company policies, and business objectives.

  • Handle itinerary changes, travel disruptions, and urgent requests with professionalism and confidence.

  • Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service on every interaction.

  • Share your knowledge by mentoring newer consultants and supporting team development.

  • Partner with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience while supporting retention and long-term client success.

  • Depending on business needs, provide support for specialized functions such as after-hours fulfillment, Hotel eDirect, Vendor Hold Forms, group travel, and government travel.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You BringExperience
  • 3–5 years of corporate travel consulting experience
    or

  • Demonstrated success as a Travel Incorporated Travel Consultant meeting Senior Consultant performance expectations.

You should also have:

  • Experience managing complex domestic and international itineraries

  • Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and best practices

  • Confidence working across multiple client accounts and priorities

Technical Skills

We're looking for someone who is comfortable using:

  • One or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

  • Travel management platforms

  • Contact center technology

  • Microsoft Office and other standard business applications

Monday–Friday
8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern

After Training

You'll be assigned to a permanent 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs. Your assigned schedule will remain fixed and may include weekend hours.

Remote Work Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace

  • Reliable high-speed internet (satellite and mobile broadband providers such as Verizon or T-Mobile Home Internet are not supported)

  • The ability to travel to our Duluth, Georgia headquarters for portions of training and occasional team meetings (typically 2–3 times per year for up to three days)
