Workday Report Developer
Madison, WI

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
A minimum of 1 year Workday report developer experience.
Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross functional partners in report specification and requirement gathering.
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge and/or experience building Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports.
Knowledge and/or experience of Prism Analytics.
Ability to train/knowledge transfer with developers not experienced in Workday reporting solutions.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to diagnose and solve complex reporting issues.
Experience developing reports in the areas of the accounting, finance, or budgets.
Experience with higher education, government, or nonprofit organizations.
Position is available in hybrid or 100% remote with preference for remote employee that is available to attend on-campus events.
Additional details: Preference is for the Consulting firm or candidate provide own hardware (laptop, monitor, mouse, camera, etc.). Wi residency is preferred but not required. Travel will be reimbursed.
Workday Report Developer
This role is responsible for the following:
1. Assesses report requirements, facilitates design, and completes build of Workday reporting solutions.
2. Provides guidance and training to other staff and serves as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders.
3. Collaborates with functional stakeholders to assess reporting needs, gather specifications/requirements, and design reports for development
4. Builds Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports to meet functional needs
5. Supports less experienced Workday developers through sharing knowledge, experience, and/or training
6. Ensure business requirements are met and solutions are efficient and accurate
7. Help educate and enforce Workday Report methodologies with other team members
Required skills:
