Job description

Job Title : DDMRP- Consultant
Client -Sapsol/ Manufacturing Client
Remote- India/US/Canada
- Responsibilities
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA Demand Driven Replenishment (DDR) including buffer profiles, ADU, DLT, and Net Flow Position.
  • Design and optimize decoupling points and DDMRP-based inventory buffers.
  • Analyze demand variability, lead-time fluctuations, and replenishment stability.
  • Support development of an AI-driven Predictive Ordering layer for proactive replenishment.
  • Recommend uplift quantities based on predicted supply disruptions and risk signals.
  • Integrate replenishment triggers with MM, PP, Procurement, and related planning processes.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build predictive uplift and risk scoring models.
  • Validate system outputs and ensure alignment between DDMRP logic and AI recommendations.
  • Prepare documentation, test cases, and support demos for predictive + DDMRP scenarios.

R equired Experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA DDR / DDMRP configuration.
  • Strong understanding of buffer-based planning, ADU, DLT, variability factors, and NPO.
  • Experience in MM/PP/Supply Chain Planning integration.
  • Knowledge of demand sensing, predictive planning, or supplier lead-time analytics (preferred).
  • Exposure to SAP IBP for inventory/demand planning is an advantage.
