About This Opportunity:

Join a growing business as their Social Media Manager and take ownership of building a strong, engaging, and high-performing brand presence across social platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to combine creativity, content strategy, community engagement, and performance analysis to grow audiences and drive measurable business impact. You'll manage social media strategy, content planning, publishing, engagement, and campaign performance across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

We're looking for someone creative, organized, proactive, and highly comfortable managing multiple platforms while staying on top of trends, engagement opportunities, and performance insights.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and growth goals
Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Write engaging social media captions, hooks, and platform-specific content
Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to create high-performing visual content
Schedule and publish content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement daily
Build audience engagement through conversations, trend participation, and community interaction
Launch and support organic and paid social campaigns for content, events, and promotions
Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement and conversion data
Track KPIs including engagement, follower growth, reach, clicks, and conversions
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities
Support brand positioning and online visibility through consistent social media execution

What You Bring:

2+ years experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing roles
Strong experience managing business or brand accounts across multiple social platforms
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube best practices
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools
Strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and social media growth
Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and optimize performance metrics
