Junior Part-Time Role

Your workplace in Utrecht, Zoetermeer, Apeldoorn, Netherlands. Remote option available. Contract type: Fixed-Term. Employee experience level: Junior. Part-Time (28 hrs/wk).

About the Role

We are a unique department within the organization: the Hubs. Our team works for 80% from home, which makes flexibility and independence central. Twice a month we meet in the office to collaborate, exchange ideas, and seek connection with each other. Our Hubs are spread across the regions of North, Middle, and South Netherlands, at the offices in Utrecht, Zoetermeer, and Apeldoorn. Since we mainly see each other online, we place great value on connection. We create that connection daily in our online team environment and during physical team days. These are the moments when we truly meet, work together, and build a cohesive team.

Your Responsibilities

Required skills:

  • Minimum mbo 4 work and thinking level;
  • Minimum 1 year availability;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language;
  • Competitive mindset;
  • Eager to learn and enthusiastic;
  • You are available one evening per week; additionally, you work one Friday and Saturday service every six weeks.

  • Good travel expense reimbursement: you get your public transport costs fully reimbursed or € 0.23 per kilometer if you travel by car. If you prefer to cycle, you can claim our bicycle reimbursement of € 0.40 per kilometer.
