About the Job

As our Omnichannel Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing the Levi's® brand to life across the Netherlands and Belgium, with a particular focus on accelerating growth and brand visibility in the Dutch market. Working closely with the Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you'll execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, wholesale and loyalty channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging consumer experience wherever customers interact with our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys turning strategy into action, building strong partnerships and delivering campaigns that drive both brand equity and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Activation & Brand Marketing: Execute seasonal omnichannel marketing campaigns across the Netherlands and Belgium. Support key product launches, cultural moments and brand initiatives across owned and partner channels.
  • Coordinate campaign toolkits, assets and communications for retail teams, franchise partners and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across stores, concessions and digital touchpoints.
  • Omnichannel & Consumer Experience: Work closely with Retail, eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams to deliver connected consumer experiences. Support initiatives that drive traffic, engagement and conversion across physical and digital channels.
  • Partner with the Loyalty team to create meaningful customer experiences and help grow participation in the Red Tab™ loyalty programme.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise campaign impact through an integrated omnichannel approach.
  • Wholesale & Partner Marketing: Support campaign implementation with key wholesale and marketplace partners. Coordinate marketing assets, partner communications, newsletters and brand visibility initiatives. Assist with partner brand shop updates and seasonal campaign launches.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Marketing, Retail, Loyalty and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and business objectives are achieved. Monitor execution and provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
About You

This is initially a 3-month fixed-term contract starting in September, with the possibility of extension. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who can quickly take ownership of projects, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Channel, Retail, Wholesale, Trade or Omnichannel Marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from planning through to execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Passion for fashion, consumer brands and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
  • Hybrid position based at our Brussels office. You will be expected to work from the office three days per week, although office attendance may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is €51,000 - €68,000 gross per annum. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency.
