Job description

Nurse Clinician - Women's Health

remote Montreal, Quebec, Canada. full-time

We're on a mission to revolutionize women's healthcare with empathy, innovation, and personalized care. At Coral, we empower women through peri- to post-menopause and beyond, offering a holistic, science-backed approach that supports them throughout life. Coral is a total health platform designed to help women thrive in their prime years. We know the challenges—low energy, poor sleep, stubborn weight—but those don't have to define a woman's future. With Coral, women can feel strong, vibrant, and in control. Our team provides real, lasting health improvements through personalized care, data-driven insights, and continuous support.

Position Summary

Are you passionate about providing holistic and empathetic care? Do you love keeping up with the latest research on nutrition, exercise, and sleep, even in your free time? Do you feel the urge to play a more active role in preventative health? At Coral, a rapidly growing company, you'll have the chance to shape the future of women's healthcare. As a Women's Health Nurse, you will be at the heart of supporting women through every stage, from peri- to post-menopause, and beyond. You'll offer virtual care, providing informed medical advice backed by our medical team, while delivering compassionate education and creating personalized care plans tailored to each woman's unique needs. Collaborating with nurse practitioners, doctors, and health coaches, you'll implement practices based on the latest scientific data. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in our mission and contribute to the evolution of women's health in a dynamic and growing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Officially oversee the care of all clients in collaboration with the coach.
  • Conduct virtual medical assessments and evaluate symptoms reported by clients.
  • Develop and adjust personalized care plans, including medical recommendations.
  • Act as the medical point of contact for escalated client needs or questions. Escalate any situations that are outside of your expertise.
  • Conduct follow-ups when medication is prescribed.
  • Collaborate closely with NPs and MDs on lab tests, exams, and prescribed medications.
  • Support and provide education to coaches, ensuring they understand the care plans and interventions.
  • Keep the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) updated with all client information, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide empathetic virtual care on menopause, hormone therapy, nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness for mid-life women.
  • Maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Empower and educate women.
  • Contribute to the creation of impactful resources designed to support our clients effectively.
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
  • QC license required, with additional ON license preferred: If you do not currently hold an Ontario license, you must be willing to apply.
  • Clinical Expertise: You are a registered nurse with specialized experience in women's health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, with a focus on supporting women through peri- to post-menopause.
  • Certification or Training : Basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology. Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques. Additional Menopause Certification preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: You are thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation, ensuring every aspect of care is recorded in the EMR.
  • Strong Communicator: You can explain complex medical information to both clients and coaches clearly, making sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Collaborative Leader: You are comfortable working closely with Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, and coaches, providing medical oversight and direction. Ability to escalate situations outside of your expertise to NPs or physicians.
  • Problem Solver: You can make critical decisions when symptoms escalate or change, ensuring the client's health is always prioritized.
  • Client-Centered: You are dedicated to improving client outcomes, especially with HRT management, symptom relief, holistic approaches and long-term health improvements.
  • Adaptability: You can manage the fast-paced nature of virtual healthcare while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Education: You are passionate about providing education to both clients and the coaching team, ensuring they understand care plans and treatment options.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: You stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in women's health and are committed to applying them in practice.
  • Comfort with Remote Work: You are comfortable working in a virtual setting and using online medical consultation platforms to connect with clients and manage care.
Why Join Our Team?
  • Join a Revolutionary Mission: At Coral, you're not just joining a company; you're joining a movement to transform women's healthcare. Embrace the opportunity to empower women at every life stage, especially during peri- to post-menopause, with our empathetic and innovative approach.
  • Be Part of a Holistic and Cutting-Edge Approach: Help us tackle common health challenges like low energy, poor sleep, and stubborn weight through a comprehensive, science-backed approach. Your work will ensure these don't define our clients' futures, allowing them to live vibrant, fulfilling lives.
  • Empower and Be Empowered: Join an environment where empowering women means empowering you. You'll be part of a community that supports your professional growth and celebrates the lasting health improvements you've contributed to.
  • Innovate Daily: Work with our unique total health platform, blending expert care, lifestyle advice, and the latest in scientific insights—custom-tailored for each woman we serve. Dive into innovation and see your ideas come to life as real-world solutions.
  • Flex Your Career with Flexibility and Dynamic Support: Enjoy the perks of remote work combined with the energetic support of our local teams. This balance ensures you're fully supported while maintaining the autonomy you need.
