As a remote medical scribe, your job is to take notes and help document each encounter a physician has with a patient. Unlike in-person scribes, remote scribes often transcribe comments from recordings provided by the physician rather than writing things down as they occur. You may add the notes to a chart, help investigate discrepancies in comments, or correct machine transcriptions.
