• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop personalized therapy programs targeting specific issues such as family dynamics, communication challenges, and relationship concerns.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and growth.
• Work synergistically with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with other professionals to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.
• Provide education and support to families to help them understand and participate in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in marriage and family therapy.

• Knowledge of local and national mental health resources to support client referrals and resources.

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
