This role will be primarily conducted in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your workspace while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office fosters a culture of collaboration and support, where staff members engage in regular virtual meetings to discuss treatment strategies and share insights. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic care, including regular case reviews to evaluate patient progress.
• Maintain thorough, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.
• Engage and inform clients' families throughout the recovery journey, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and staff training sessions to stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including relationship struggles, communication breakdowns, and difficulties arising from life transitions. Understanding the unique dynamics of each family, you will provide tailored interventions designed to improve communication patterns and restore harmony within the family unit. Your role is not only to treat existing concerns but to empower clients with skills for long-term growth and resilience.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients and foster an environment that encourages openness and healing.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' backgrounds and experiences.
• Detail-oriented with proficient organizational and time management skills to effectively balance client caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• An annual salary of $120,000 - $140,000, plus a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
