• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and collaboratively determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that are grounded in evidence-based practices, supporting emotional and psychological development.
• Develop interdisciplinary care plans with relevant professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health that encompasses medical, psychological, and social factors.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, with an additional sign-on bonus of USD 3,000.
