• Provide individual psychotherapy to patients utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health interventions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring timely updates to patient records.
• Engage in collaborative case management with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize patient care and treatment strategy.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer review meetings to stay abreast of current treatment modalities and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
