Job Title: Case Management Attorney   
Type of Position: Full-time
Location: Remote but must be able to meet with clients on occasion at our Los Angeles Office
Pay: $100K/year โ€“ $160/year
Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Review and evaluate liability, insurance availability, and treatment plan for the firmโ€™s high value injury cases
  • Build client relationships and communicate with clients and family members during pre-litigation
  • Conduct investigations โ€“ collect and analyze evidence in order to determine all potential claims and liability, potential defendants, and insurance coverages
  • Conduct legal research
  • Investigate facts of loss, and research application of case law
  • Analyze, manage, and review evidence to assess liability and determine case plan
  • Draft government claim forms and demand letters
  • Communicate with adjusters; draft correspondence as needed
Requirements
  • Licensed attorney in California
  • Working at a PI firm for 1 year
  • Work well with others and have strong communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Organized
  • Good at multitasking
  • Eager to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
