  • Willingness and ability to work remotely, with proficiency in remote work technology: Microsoft Word, Google Chrome, Gmail, Clio, Zoom, and online research.

  • Proficiency in legal technology and software.

Job Description

  • Provide coaching and mentorship for new and experienced attorneys, tailored to their skills and experience.

  • Guide and mentor attorneys, set strategies, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

  • Collaborate with partners on annual goals and hold them accountable.

  • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients, colleagues, and the organization.

  • Build trust with new clients by sharing why they are passionate about solving clients' problems.

  • Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.
